Tax documents and sensitive information

Do not send SSN, W-2, 1099, ID copies, tax returns, bank documents, or other sensitive tax documents through the regular contact form or regular email.

After the initial contact, we will provide a secure way to transmit documents if tax preparation or further review is needed.

Third-party services

Professional tax software, a secure client portal, email services, and other services may be used for communication and tax preparation workflows.

The virtual assistant may use the external Google Gemini AI service to generate general answers and fallback speech. To protect AI features from automated abuse, the website may use Cloudflare Turnstile; when enabled, that verification is performed by Cloudflare. Do not send sensitive tax or personal information in the AI chat.

At this stage, the website does not use advertising pixels or marketing analytics.

Retention and security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.

Information is retained only as needed to process inquiries, perform services, meet professional obligations, and maintain business records.
